PMI Cedarboldt is led by experienced asset manager, Elmo Morales, who has business management and finance degrees from the University of Colorado. Included in property management and decades of business experience, Elmo has been involved with residential and commercial development lending, loan servicing, trust banking, and document custody. In addition to his real estate experience, he has a storied background in entrepreneurship including management consulting, business development, and transaction management. Having been a real estate investor and landlord since the late 1990s, Elmo purchased PMI Cedarboldt in 2015 to become the national organization’s 100th franchisee.
